When I initially read about an 11 year old who had brought drugs to school I felt sorry for him because I thought that he was just another typical ‘problem kid’ who was going to be punished for bringing drugs to school. Actually this story has a refreshing twist. There is no reason to feel sorry for him at all other than the fact that his parents now have an even bigger problem. I admire him for having the strength to do what was right. It’s a shame though that he was forced to be the parent to his parents though.
